What server should I get for a network of 5 to 10 computuers?

I need to set up a network for between 5 to 10 computers all of which will be doing processor and memory hungry tasks. I want to store ALL information and data on the server which will then be accessed by potentially 10 pcs. What server specification should I be looking at? What other considerations are there? Each pc should also have internet access, should I have a separate internet and mail server?

I would highly recommend Windows SBS 2003 or 2008 (Small Business Server). They both have the ability to setup network security and internet/email accounts.

At this point I would suggest 2003 as it is tested and Service pAcks have been released.

This system will also be expandable into the future for up to 50 Users (maybe 75 i can't remember).

Using the Wizards and consoles it is quite straight forward to setup.
