start server service remotely

I want to be able to start and stop tightVNC server on Windows XP remotely via ssh or telnet.?
I don't want the vnc server running all the time as a service, I just want it running on demand. This is easy with linux but I want to do it on Windows.
Thanks captain obvious, but I already have ssh running as a service. How do I use it to start and stop tight vnc. If I try to execute WinVNC.exe nothing happens.
THANKS GENE!
Perfect. Just what I wanted. Works like a charm.
Install it as a service, then you can use net start (and stop) winvnc
