Remote Desktop Control client instead of server?

Hello. I configure remote desktop on the network say 1 (home network). Now, the network 2 is a network of company proxies and firewalls and has limited access to the Internet. Now on the Net 2, which can not connect to Remote Desktop from administrators to block network 2 port. Then change the port to 8080 in the Red 1, and then I connect to remote desktop on the network 1 via the network 2. Now, it's possible that I could control Red 2 desktop without interfering with the network 2 Firewall settings? That means, go on team Red 2. Then make a remote desktop connection to the network 1 to port 8080 and from there, enable the network of 1 computer to control the 2 network equipment? It's like this possible?

Well, no. Here's why. To any port to work for remote desktop into the system of enterprises, the company would ROUTER to forward the port was opened to your machine. Since no seems you are the manager of the company has no way to make that happen! If you need remote desktop access to your team, talk with managers network, are the only ones who can set this to work! PS, if it is blocking the ports, there is a reason not to go into great trouble to find ways of circumvent the security they have in place. It's a good way to get well, fired! Good Luck, hope that helps
