What is a good file backup system for a small company (1 server, 3 employees)?
Do you recommend an online system, external hard drive? We aren't technical people and do not have an IT staff so the easier the better. We also don't have a large budget.
Microsoft Backup to an external hard drive.
Microsoft has a built in backup program, and depending on the server hardrive size, you can get an external hardrive for around 150-200 and set up Windows scheduler to run the backup for you every night.
