server management studio
SQL Server Management ?!?!?!?
I am using sql server management studio express 2005, and it doe not have import/export functionality.
I was wondering if sql server management express 2008 has these functionalities or not. and i it possible to use it to connect to sql server 2005?
Is there another way to export data from this database and import it to another database with the same structure?
You can use other means to move data in and out of SQL Express that don't rely on SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). BCP is one such tool, you can find more information about BCP in the link.
Most other programs can generate data in a format that BCP can accept.
