Please help me find a MMORPG that fits these details! (No websites that have lists, I am asking this question because I am tired of those lists) "These Details":
1.Browser Based / Download (If Download, please be low space)
2.Fantasy
3.FREE [No (By default they are called) "Members" or "Cash"]
4. Legal, you might already know some MMORPGS are illegal
5.2D/3D, 3D would be much appreciated
6.If possible, please list link for the MMORPG's site
7. An EXSISTING MMORPG
8. Can be an RPG, but I would like an MMORPG
9. Not any of these games:
Adventure Quest
Dragon Fable
FreeRealms
Holic
Mabinogi
Maplestory
Nowhere else and beyond (I keep trying it on all servers, none of them work)
World of Warcraft

You seemed to have not excluded Runescape. If you haven't tried it, you might want to, it fits all of your guidelines.
People either love or hate the game, it's just a matter of preference.
You may want to try other games that are advertised, like Wizards 101. It was actually better than I expected.
Finally, Dungeon Runners is a fun (But large download, 530ish MB) MMORPG.
