I upgraded My Operating System to Windows XP Professional from XP Home on a corporate computer network using Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server
Your user account on the corporate network may not have permission to setup a connection to the Exchange server. I would contact the administrator of the system.
It really all depends on the error message you are getting.
