How do I fix this - Norton 360 AV ?
I have windows xp and internet explorer 7.
Have installed the latest Norton AV. It cant activate, message as folows...
Live update failed, could not connect to LiveUpdate server. If you have parental control software, it may be blocking access to the internet. You may need to turn off these controls.
Q. How do I do this? My internet connection seems fine as I can ask this question, any ideas?
