How do I find my Microsoft Exchange server and what is it?

A small window asking me to provide this info along with mail name occasionally. Whats that about? What is it and why do I get this error message?

its trying to access it to see if you have any email OR trying to send email out (BAD) in either case its a microsoft email server that companies use to send/receive email and do other things like a calendar, meeting scheduler, etc ......

you get the error message because you do not have outlook/outlook express comfigured right BUT if your not using it and not opening it (outlook/ooutlook express) I would be concerned that you have some kind of virsu/spyware
