server 2003 service pack 3

Where can I find Service Pack 3 installer (.msi) package to deploy to my network computers from Server 2003?

Im trying to deploy to my network user computers (XP systems) using Group Policy. I need a msi installer package in order to complete this. So far, I was only able to find .exe packages, which cannot be applied when using GPO. Can someone please give me a link or help me find a .msi installer package for service pack 3?

There are downloads available that can convert the .exe into a .msi file.. all the MSI file is is just a different compacted folder with its own set of instructions.
