How do i configure my Sonicwall for FileZilla FTP server to work right?

Current setup:

Window Server 2000
IIS 5.0 (currently acting as FTP server:port 21)

Sonicwall TZ170
Open ports:
21-FTP > 10.5.0.8
50000-510000-PASV >10.5.0.8

File Zilla Settings:

Listening port:
21

PASV settings:
External Server IP Addresses for passive mode transfers:
Use the following IP: 71.137.176.166
Enabled "Don't use external IP for local connections"
Enabled "Use custom port range: 50000-51000"

I want to stop using the Default FTP Site under IIS Manager due to limited ability to restrict ftp users to specific directories and folders.

I downloaded FileZilla Server and installed it on Windows Server 2003 running behind a Linksys router (configured exactly the same) and it worked perfectly.

Please help. Comment if I need to list more details. Any feedback would be appreciated. If you have any alternate solutions besides FileZilla but still free, please let me know.

Honestly, I have used a free program called Cerberus for a few years now on windows 2000 server. i have dydns point to it and I have never had any problems. It is very easy to configure users on it, as well as restrictions set for multiple attempts to access it by bots.

I really recommend it.
