How to restore a disk image to my hard drive? Format is xxx.tib.001?

I have a backup of large software (running on Windows Server 2003) and the restore instructions are that I have to restore the image to an empty hard drive.

There are 11 disks and on each DVD there is one 4GB file, i.e. on DVD1 there is one file called xxx.tib.001, on DVD 2 there is one file "xxx.tib.002"...xxx.tib.011 etc. I have an empty 500 GB hard drive that i want to restore all these disks (which somehow need to be combined to make one bootable image) and make the program run. Can anyone point me to the right person, website , software that i can use to do this?

I have already tried with Norton Ghost 14 (recovery disk aswell), Acronis True Image 11, DriveImage XML, I have tried to restore from this image (on these 11 DVD's) but with no luck... (unless there are some advanced options which I dont know about?).

I THINK this is a true image file that has been chopped up using a program like WinRAR - you might try WinRAR to extract the image and see if that works.
